Select the view permissions for the entry form by checking the boxes.
Administrators: Entry form will always be shown to the administrators.
Registered Users: Entry form will only be shown to registered users.
Subscribers: Entry form will only be shown to subscribers.
All Users: Entry form will be shown to all users.
Unauthenticated Users: Entry form will only be shown to unauthenticated users.

Define if caption is displayed on the entry form.
Entry form width:
Define the width of the entry form.

Define which input fields are featured.
From User Account
If Logged-In: Defines whether the input fields should be pre-allocated with the profile data of a registered user.
/ No Edit: Defines if the user has the right to modify the pre-allocated profile data in the input fields.
Message rows:
The number of rows in the textbox made available for entering a message.
Validation:
Define type of input security check.
None: No validation of input. (not recommended)
HTML Encode: All entries are displayed as text in the guestbook.
Entry validation: All entries are displayed as text in the guestbook. In addition the text is validated. (most secure)
Use CAPTCHA test:
Prevent bot-generated spam by requiring that the sender pass a CAPTCHA test before the message is posted.
Send notification to:
Defines the individual or role members who are to receive automatic email notification of new postings.
Moderator:
Defines the guestbook moderator. The moderator is given the authority to edit the contents of a guestbook.
Moderated:
New entries must be approved by an Moderator/Administrator before they appear in the guestbook.
Log on as an Moderator/Administrator and select "Edit Guestbook" in the module in order to approve the text, or to edit or delete it.
"Not approved" background color:
Background color of an entry not approved (hexadecimal format - e.g. #ffcc33).
Page size:
Set the number of entries to display on a page.
When set to “0” no postings will be shown.

Allows a header to appear in the guestbook.
Header caption:
Text string shown in the header.

Foreground color of the header.
